Excellent video! I applaud you for talking about interviewing tips and mistakes you learned from. I’d be interested to know from Jonathan on a question he’s surprised an interviewer hasn’t asked him so far.

great video, I think the criticism I've seen the most about interviews is when the interviewer is spending more time talking than their guest, if we wanted to hear the interviewers opinion on everything we can go watch all the other videos on their channel, an interview should be about poe2 not X youtuber's favorite weapon skins in diablo

If you want to gather PoE 2 Console questions, there is a specific PoE console discord with thousands of members, the actual console channels in the official PoE discord are pretty dead. As a console PoE player, i'd love for there to be an actual PoE Console "representative" that we can funnel questions through, but we have no real representation as the PoE community at large has always been very anti console.

Trust me when I say this Tri- you are going to grow as a channel. This in my opinion is going to largely happen around release of POE 2. I think most people will flock to channels that have builds posted. But that's not likely going to happen very fast as everyone except the very best top elite builders will be scrambling to get their grasp on the tree and skills and such. I love your channel because you post news and things like that. I also want to be here when you balloon up, I think you will. You are very positive and I need people who are positive in my life, at least people who I choose to let in on any level. I play games for fun and to relax to take my mind off of the stressful things. This is my opinion at the moment- You remind me of myself from a few years ago from before I let the stress bubble pop and change my perspective. I think too critical of things and often I plan for the negative outcomes too much instead of thinking about the what if its good outcomes. Ill say that because of this thinking I've become financially stable as a father of two and a good husband to one. Your videos are good and that your critical thinking that doesn't do what mine dose. I watch tons of UA-cam on a lot of different things from movies to political stuff and more. Ill say that your is usually one of the first I click on if there is one after I open UA-cam for the first time of the day. I have recently been introduced to Subtractem by you. Overall I just want to say I enjoy your channel and i think you could become a very good fit as streamer and content creator in the coming months. I have seen a few interviews where people ask questions about things that have already been discussed and i see your point and agree. I think people just want to hear something that makes them smile even if they've heard it a couple of times already - kinda like a wife saying "hey baby good job on that, I love you." never gets old!

It would be nice from time to time for devs/Jonathan, to make a proper in-house interview, where they can direct the questions to things they themselves want to speak about, that regular youtuber interviews dont ever ask.

Oh yeah, focus so hard on Poe 2, Poe 1 doesn't exist anymore for me.

The latest interview was a channel for a german diablo community. It doesn't really make sense to expect an interview like that to be cutting edge information. These interviews (from GGGs perspective) are about sharing PoE2 to NEW audiences. Not just expanding on information for a tiny percentage of people who have seen every interview. In fact, I imagine that each interview has a huge amount of people that haven't previously seen any interviews. Which is kind of the point.

This and Space Marine 2 are my most anticipated games of the year.

GGG hasn't been communicative nor transparent for a long time now. I forgot what league it was, but criticism literally made some of them cry after they put out a shit league. They've intentionally pulled back ever since. Any game I'm aware of that's bumping up on 8 years of development (like POE2) has similar communication with their potential customers. Way moreso with CIG and even Blizzard with D4. We need to stop overstating what GGG has become. With how bad many of the last leagues have been in POE1, it's time we call a spade a spade. GGG is just another company at this point that happens to be making our favorite game. And, quite frankly, they've been trending downwards for many years.

With your awesome attitude and demeanor would you be interested in participating in the Town Portal Podcast with Frosty and ARPG? Would love to see you there, since we had HAWG and that Podcast was killer.

😂 i played d4 reluctantly because I was bored and its story was sick but everything else is complete buttcheeks ... I can not hurry up and wait fast enough to GGG to release my favorite game. I was a beta tester for poe and told people it was the new big game and they didn't hear me. 2 .... shitd on even LE and I have 700 hours in that also. Keep it up tri you're my favor newer poe guy. Honestly with the delay of POE 2 and this long drought coming off one of the most dead leagues ever its just leaving people bored and wanting more POE stuff. I'm good with GGG holding some things close to the chest, the game isnt finished and they need more time to let it cook. Would rather this be the case than 1000 interviews with constant changes, take backs, buffs etc etc.

personally I really appreciate when 1. the interviewer has made the effort to atleast check summaries of previous published interviews to make sure the information doesn't completely recycle 2. doesn't make the interview about themselves, but gives as much space as possible to the person answering -- but it's hard to be judgemental towards any internet creator honestly because I don't think most of us have done many interviews in our lifes haha

I started like 2 weeks late in this leauge, farming a little bit bought a hh for 4divine and pushed lvl 100 and 40/40 in like 1-2weeks, no wonder... there are no challenges in this leauge that hook me, ofc i could farm T17 but for what reason, i dont want to build a 5+mirror mf build and without it you almost have nothing more do to in necropolis.... either way i would just farm currency or cool items for standart.... for what, just wasted time

Im not exactly sure which interview you're talking about but if it was the d4 streamer then i think rehashing old talking points is fine if its reaching a different audience who hasn't heard this stuff yet.

My biggest gripe with D4 is how it doesn’t seem to try to exceed expectations in the slightest. It’s struggled to barely meet minimum expectations. I really hope it tries to in the future once the fires (of its core issues) are mostly out.

A bit long, but I think you'll like what I have to ask and my sentiments about it. If you get another interview, here's a question for them. It's not a question for me, but for people that I've heard from that DON'T anticipate playing POE 2. I've heard from multiple people that the reason they're not going to play POE 2 is because they want to "zoom zoom". "The whole reason I play POE is because I want to blast monsters and go fast". What is GGG doing to gain the interest of these players that, at the moment, are a bit to very reluctant to even give POE 2 a try? Is there a place for those players in POE 2? Or will it be restricted to exactly what they believe it will be? A "slower" type of game. Like I said, I personally don't feel that way. I'm super excited about it, but a few of my friends that I play with don't like what they've been seeing at all and I'm hoping that there will be some coverage on the aspects that appeal to them as well. If they don't like it then that means I have less friends to play with. Sure, more will come around over time, but I'd love it if I could still play with friends that I'd been playing with for years.

My biggest 4 problem with the Game: * Personally I more like the type of a blend between Souls and ARPG games, turning of your brain in like 80-90% of the game is maybe fun for some days but than it just becomes boring which I feel is the case with Last Epoch. * The smoothness of how characters are reacting/moving to skills and more when pressing buttons, it's not on the same level as say D4/POE2. * Color overtuned, to many big colors happening, needs a bit tuning it down and making more visually clear, you can clearly see this with lightning spells, it's just on a different level in D4/POE2. * Visual clearness, it's why to many things happening at onces on the screen, to the point of it's hard to see what to react to.

Cutedog_ and DClara1 are the two streamers I used to watch, so many memories of blasting maps while their stream would play in the back ground. Cutedog and Ziggy D doing commentary for the China Vs Rest of the World race was so good, "He is playing 4d underwater backgammon right now"...

allow players who join your party to actually teleport to you in your delve. I mean, it's been over half this games lifespan old, plus mobs still occasionally get invincible down there, and the never ending spire still exists there too.

Mathil so big he has an effect named after him. Ziz, jousis, neversink and kittencatnoodle are must haves in my eyes. Have learned tons from Demi and path of math though they fall more onto the infamous sides of history.

Will be a great cycle still wondering how many will be active since not many seem to be hyped currently

I enjoyed this league a lot. Got my first lvl 100, headhunter and mageblood. I also didn't craft a single corpse item. I just collected them and sold them. The main thing i did not like was the required inventory management etc. from these goddamn corpses.
